Our client is committed to creating an innovative pharmacy that currently operates from a bespoke mail order pharmacy premises in Leeds which employs state of the art automated dispensing systems.
Continuing expansion of our Internet and mail order prescription business through the deployment of our Electronic Prescription Management Software (ePMS) currently within 200 GP practices throughout the UK, has created the need for a highly professional and motivated individual to join our fast growing company. We need experienced Dispensing Technicians to help us deliver the highest quality service. This is a key support role within the business.
Responsibilities will include:
- Ensure all prescriptions received are dispensed and performance targets are achieved
- Comply fully with our clients dispensary operations procedures and meet internal targets for dispensary quality and accuracy
- Ensure good stock control within the Pharmacy
- Adhere to all legal, ethical, professional and company requirements
- Ensure a personal development plan is agreed and implemented
In addition the following skills and qualifications are required:
- You will have several years dispensing experience and need to be qualified to NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
- You will have good communication skills and be able to work as part of a team.
- Display high levels of accuracy in day to day activities
